First, a sip of freshly brewed coffee. Mmmm.
It is beginning to look like Spring. The snow from the last few days has melted but there is still a lot of winter's snow in the shady areas (including our front yard). The trail in the coulee that I use for a one-hour circuit should be clear.
Top priority today will be the coulee walk. I really need to get back that routine. Beginning today I want to aim for a balance between outdoor and indoor activities.
Indoor:
- complete kits for model train layout
- play with iPad
- reading Literature
- bring myself up-to-date with Dreamweaver CS5
- study birding identification (particularly raptors and owls)
- read books on photography
Outdoor
- coulee walks
- birding with camera
- geocaching with camera
- photography walks
Today will also be a good day for a few errands/chores:
- install sim card in iPad so the G3 network access is working
- set up a data plan with Rogers for the iPad
- buy a Zagg invisible shield, plus a case, for the iPad
- mail throttle & base unit to MRC for a software/firmware upgrade
