We had some snow overnight. Another opportunity for some shovelling. This will be a substitute for walking as the windchill this morning is -30 C.
I plan to continue updating my Filemaker Pro database for my birding activities.
I will also put a little time into updating my geocaching web site.
I am now using an App on my iPhone called MyFitnessPal to monitor both my eating and my weight. Yesterday I consumed about 1500 calories which is a beginning.
