Happy New Year!
The temperature is 17 degrees warmer than yesterday at this time. A nice improvement. Particularly as this is the day we traditionally take down the outdoor Christmas lights and put everything away for another year.
This is also the day when I create a new Learning website. Basically I just copy the files from the previous year, delete almost all of the pages except for a few from the last day of December which I then modify. The main task is to set up the links in the left column to reflect the changes.
Then I will spend a few minutes thinking about the coming year.
Done. It is clear and brisk outside. Now for a few minutes thinking about the coming year.
I am pleased with my Model Train, Literature and Geocaching activities for the last year. I would like to maintain this level during 2011.
But my Photography and Mathematics activities need a boost.
And I would like to find a way to raise my birding, handwriting, and philosophy reading to at least a modest level.
Finally, I would like to make walking and fitness and diet a genuine lifestyle routine.
There, that wasn't so difficult.
