Googling "Alberta rare birds snowy owl" was a good idea. I now have a couple of links that will keep me connected to this activity.
Today will be a good day to begin my 2011 lists for Alberta and Canada. I will also try to find a couple of local geocaches.
I am back from searching for geocaches within the Lethbridge city limits. There were a total of 6 to try to find and I was successful with all of them.
- GC2HZYW - Lethbridge - BAD Mega WestCan1
- GC2HWKE - Japanese Gardens
- GC2P0GA - Park Place Letterbox Hybrid
- GC2JXTB - HD on Second
- GC2HPJR - BYOP !!!
- GC2H4F9 - You don't have to BYOP !!!
The temperature was about -15 C, but with no wind it was not too bad. It felt good to be getting a little fresh air. However there are no more caches within easy driving distance so the next few finds will be a long time coming.
I have finished updating my birding database summarizing our 2009 activities in Panama. Upon completion of the trip we had a Global total of 552 different "lifers", with the Panama total being 162 "lifers". Now to work through my Journal and iPhoto files for the remainder of 2009 and 2010.
I am enjoying "Decoded" by Jay-Z.
