My weight continues to slowly creep up. Darn. The cold weather doesn't help, as it isn't too pleasant outside. Nonetheless, I must learn to eat less when I am not as active. Seems simple enough.
I am feeling energized this morning and eager to engage in some activity.
My early morning work on updating the birding database is continuing to be my major goal at the moment. I now have 505 unique birds that I have identified globally, and have 114 so far in my total for Panama.
I just googled "Alberta rare birds snowy owl" and found information on a few sightings near Strathmore. I liked the post for one of the sightings as it included a photo plus the information "life bird #158, Alberta bird #89". I will soon be in a position to do the same. Now to find some birds. And it makes sense to look for a few geocaches at the same time.
