We appear to have dodged a major snowfall. It is white outside, but there is less than an inch of the pretty white stuff.
I have had a batch of beans soaking overnioght and will make a tasty pot of 9-bean soup for lunch. This will go well with the loaf of rye bread I made yesterday.
Indoor activities today will focus on my model train layout. I may try to drive overtown this afternoon and see if I can find an electrical connector panel that I need for wiring the turntable. I will print out the switching reports for Session 2 from the ShipIt! program and begin running the trains. This is realistic in the sense that the trains should keep running while improvements are made to the system.
It also makes sense to continue work on my birding database. I hope to begin adding data for the Passerines today.
