B. Actual Learning Activities

My birding database is almost complete. I have finished adding records for 2010. This only took about three hours as we didn't take any birding trips during the year. All of the sightings were obtained while geocaching. In terms of adding "lifers" to my list: the number of Alberta lifers went from 149 to 154, the number of Canadian lifers went from 161 to 168, and the number of global lifers increased from 562 to 568. I only added 31 records to the database. From a bird watching perspective, this is pretty paltry.

The next step will be to create records for our birding in Florida earlier this year. Then I will be up to date.

Done. The birding database is now up to date and waiting for some new records for 2011. At the moment the following totals represent our various "life" lists.
