I finally forced myself to spend some time with this.

I have received an email from Walthers indicating that the missing grab iron had just been sent to me. That is great news as I was doubtful that they would keep such parts in stock. Fantastic service.

I completed maintenance on two cars that were giving me problems.

• CN 493528 a 40' steel boxcar was wobbling as it moved down the track. I replaced the plastic pins that held the trucks to the body with two screws. I then ran the car as part of a small consist around the outer mainline for about half an hour without noticing any problems.
  
  
• CN 665489 a 40' 50 ton flat car was having difficulty tracking. I replaced the wheels with Kadee 28" diameter wheels. This car was part of the small consist that ran around the outer mainline.
