I notice that I am beginning to make very few notes or comments on many of the books that I read. This is another one.
I enjoyed this book. Right from the first page I was hooked, and I completed it in two sittings. It would have been one sitting if a previous commitment had not forced me to put the book down for a couple of hours.
I would suggest this book to anyone who is either going through a cancer diagnosis, or knows of someone who is. There are many personal anecdotes that give the book an incredible sense of immediacy. I expect this book to become a classic. It is not about dying, it is about living.
The book has a web site: http://www.cmu.edu/uls/journeys/randy-pausch/index.html .
I read the book first and then watched the video of his "Last Lecture". I liked that sequence.
I would rate this book as 4 our of 5.
