A. Morning Musings

The last few days have been more negative than positive. I have been experiencing difficulties with both the Internet speeds (which appear to be the network rather than my machine) as well as difficulties installing Flash Player. I also seem to have pulled something in my back and am now having difficulties moving about. I'm sure this will pass, but at the moment it is fairly painful.

I have not been able to find the time to attend to my Science reading plan and will abandon that for a week while I work on items with a higher priority. Perhaps all I need is a little Rumi and a good cuppa. I so have a coffee meet scheduled for 8 this morning with my coffee mate.

I have been playing around a bit with a few ideas for the two workshops that I plan to give while in Australia next month. I now have a new web site and will begin fleshing it out in the next few days. I also need to upload our paper to the Ausweb 2008 web site in the next couple of days so it ready for people at that end come Monday morning.

There are also some chores that need attention. This looks like a busy weekend. Mmmm. The first sip is delicious: hot and flavourful. The caffeine should help get my heart started. The neuron will kick in a little later.

The weather forecast is for a few days (and nights) where the temperture stays above zero. That should take care of the remaining snow in the shady spots. Life is good. I am enjoying Kingsolver's novel: it reads like a modern day Walden Two. Nature is wonderful. We hope to make it to Waterton in the next few days.
