We have yet to receive a phone call regarding our car. Maybe today will be better. I also want to begin reading a collection of essays by Umberto Eco.

We had an evening dinner with friends in Lismore - a very special Spanish tapas meal to commemorate their recent trip to Spain. Fried sardines, a nice mixture of potatoes, sweet potatoes and chorizo sausage, as well as nicely seasoned squid and calamari. The sangria was superb. We even heard a koala grunting in the trees behind the house but we weren't able to locate it. We drove back to Lennox Head just as it was getting dark.
