Notes

[1]Nu...mod gıthanc] Much of the first manuscript line has been damaged due to staining. Especially affected are <nd>, <h>, <mod>, and <ur fa> of and hıs mod gıthanc uerc uuldur fadur. Damage is less obvious in the facsimile in Robinson and Stanley 1991.

[2]hefen rıcæs] Staining (water?) behind ascender of <h>.

[3]uuldur fadur] <ur> is obscured by dark stain in Robinson and Stanley 1991, but visible in manuscript.

[4]gı huæs] <g> elongated and narrow.

[5]ecı] <ci> is obscured by dark stain in Robinson and Stanley 1991, but visible in manuscript.

[6]moncynnæs] Only the tops of the first <n> and <y> were visible in manuscript in 1998. Reading based on facsimile in Robinson and Stanley 1991.
