This is my first entry on this web site since mid-February. I will try to follow the rule of "begin with a new web page, then go down to the train room".
My goal this morning is to begin to bring myself up-to-date with both the hobby, the reality, and this web site.
The first step was to spend a few minutes in the train room getting myself oriented with the situation. I have removed the blocks of 2x4 that I had kept as a support for a second level of tabletop and have replaced the section of track that goes in front of the closet.
The next step is to review this web site and get it operational. Creating this log is the first sub-step in this activity. The next is to re-establish the links to the web server.
I now have the web site operational again. The Introduction page has been updated. The Train Log Index is also up to date and includes a link to this page.
I have reviewed all of my magazines and articles, determined which ones I will give away, and which ones I will keep. There is little to show for it, but I have at least reminded myself of what resources I have in hand.
