American BitternWe also watched 3 otters cavort in the leaves for almost 15 minutes.
Needless to say the birding was fantastic. We watched the American Bittern catch a small frog and then the three otters provided an entrancing end to the day.
I continued reading "The Magicians" by Lev Grossman. I am simply unable to make the adjustment to get into this book and will now put it aside. I find it a poor spin-off on the Harry Potter series of books.
