I have completed setting up this website for 2011.

All of the decorations are put away and the tree is in the back yard where the birds may enjoy it. Now to relax and enjoy the remainder of the year.

I have finally begun reading "The Sentimentalists". The prose is a delight, but the story itself seems a bit slow. Not a problem.

There was a problem when this book was announced as winning the Giller Prize. The problem was that it had been published by a very small publishing house that was only able to produce a couple of thousand copies. Fortunately they seemed to have resolved this and it is now widely available.
