I am looking forward to beginning "Swing Low. A Life" by Miriam Toews. I have read two previous books (A Complicated Kindness & Summer of My Amazing Luck) by her, and thought they were both superb.

I have cast my vote in the Alberta election. Results due at 8:00 PM.
I have spent almost 3 hours trying to solve the problem of installing the latest Flash plugin for Mac OS X (Leopard) but with no success. I still get an error message saying that I do not have the necessary access privileges, even though I have Administrator privileges. Frustration is inadequate to capture my feelings at the moment. It is time to move on. But one does waste a considerable amount of time fighting with technology.
