A. Morning Musings

Today is a holiday (Family Day in Alberta).

Model trains are priority one this morning. I plan to cut a couple of pieces of track to the desired length and rejoin the mainline gaps in my layout. Then I will continue testing the layout with my train of 4 cars. If all goes well I should be finished testing all of the mainline routes today.

B. Actual Learning Activities

The track pieces have been cut and placed in the model train layout. I still must nail down a few sections of track, but that can wait until later this morning. The water barrels for the wooden trestle have received their third coat of paint and should be ready for placing on the trestle this evening.
