A. Morning Musings

5:30 am It is still very dark outside. It is + 61 F (16 C) and clear. The forecast high here is + 72 F (22 C).

B. Plan

Drive from Escanaba, Michigan to Fargo, North Dakota.

C. Actual/Notes

8:40 PM This was our longest driving day of the entire trip. We were on the road for 12 hours and arrived in Fargo at 5:30 PM still fairly fresh. We stopped for a quick breakfast and a quick lunch and basically kept our foot on the gas for the whole day.

We celebrated our day by having a fine Penfolds Rawson's Retreat with dinner. We have another long day ahead of us tomorrow but hope to arrive in Regina tomorrow late afternoon.
