A. Morning Musings
6:50 am It rained most of yesterday with a few heavy falls. A similar story overnight. At the moment it is overcast. It is too early to tell if we can do much out of doors today. The coffee is ready and I will begin the morning with a little mathematics. We plan to have lunch at Pogels in Federal.
B. Plan
Chores: buy halogen bulb for floor lamp.
Mathematics: Continue working on section 1.4 of Larson's "Calculus".
Technology: Begin reading my three books on digital photography.
Literature: Continue reading "The Collected Short Stories of Roald Dahl".
C. Actual
7:00 am Begin Mathematics session. Done. 8:30 am
9:30 am We purchased a halogen bulb for the lamp. It worked just fine. But then we had difficulty connecting to the Internet. It turned out that Telstra had attached an automatic message to our phone saying that we needed to pay our phone bill or service would be terminated. I went down to the realtors and they said they would take care of it. When we returned from Lismore in the late afternoon the message was still there and we still couldn't connect. It took a few phone calls to both the Realtor and Telstra but we finally got it sorted out.
7:00 PM Continue reading "The Collected Short Stories of Roald Dahl". 9:00 PM
