A. Morning Musings

4:50 am This is the earliest I have been up and on the screen in a couple of months. I must admit that it feels good. I am feeling alert and perky and ready to engage in some maths. It is still pitch dark outside at the moment and there is a pleasant cool breeze coming in through the window.

B. Plan

Chores: none

Exercise: Exercise & Beach walk. I missed both of these yesterday.

Mathematics: Notes for chap. 4 - 6 "Coincidences, Chaos, and All That Math Jazz".

Birds: Update pages for URLs for the images using dial-up connection

Technology: Review digital cameras (particularly Canon, Sony & Olympus) [read more about some of the technical terms]

Literature: Complete reading "And On the Seventh Day."

Food, Art, History and Drawing will not be active. 6:50 am

C. Actual

5:25 am I have put 4 images from yesterday onto the previous day's web page. The coffee tastes good this morning. I am now ready to have some fun with maths. This was a great couple of hours. I am now at the mid-point in the book "Coincidences, Chaos, and All That Math Jazz". It is a satisfying feeling to be making progress and to view the end to one of the many math books that I have with me at the moment. 8:00 am

8:00 am Now to try email and a little Web work. I have printed out a few pages to read about the Canon S2 IS. I have uploaded the latest web pages.

I have also finished reading the third novel from "And On the Seventh Day". A very good start to the day. 9:40 am
