Morning Musings
6:50 am We had a nice kebab meal at the Sawkins last night. They also sorted out our air conditioner adjustments to stop the car from fogging up: AC on cold and front windscreen full on, and fans on high. It worked just fine coming back to Ballina in the dark. It rained again during the night and our clothes on the line are still soaking wet. We received two more text messages from Gayle this morning - she is now in the departure lounge in Vancouver, about to catch an early flight to Edmonton. I have a cuppa in hand and am about to begin the day.
I am optimistic about making headway with Stylus Studio this morning. The hour I spent on it yesterday seemed to be getting me back on track. 8:20 am
2:50 PM I have spent the last couple of hours making a mind map for the first chapter of "Ideas" by Peter Watson. This has been a very enjoyable way to spend the afternoon, even though it was not scheduled.
I bought another book on stir-fry cooking earlier this afternoon. I will use that as an incentive to update my Food website. 3:00 PM
