I bought this book at The Book Warehouse in Lismore a few days ago. I began seriously reading it today.

Here is a mind map for "Introduction: The Most Important Ideas in History - Some Candidates" [p. 1 - 11].

• I thoroughly enjoyed reading the Introduction.
• I had never heard of The Dictionary of the History of Ideas (published in 1974).
• I was surprised to find that there is now a New Dictionary of the History of Ideas which is only a year old.
