Deaver

I finished reading the latest James Bond novel, this one written by Jeffery Deaver. It was true to the Bond formula, with a few nice twists.

10:00 PM Life

The evening meal was a special treat. We had chicken marbella, pork ribs, green beans, spinach salad, and basmati rice, with brownies and Rolo ice-cream for desert. Plus a fine Argentine merlot. The chicken dish was my favorite. The combination of flavors was amazing. A real feast with all of the Calgary relatives. My compliments, and thanks, to the host.
