I went looking for my first geocache in Calgary. It turned out to be in a small urban park in the former area of a military base.

This turned out to be a clever hide, right beside some spruce trees.

I have begun reading a light, escapism, novel that I bought a week ago: "Carte Blanche" by Jeffery Deaver. This is a James Bond story - fast paced with a complex plot about terrorism.
