Allan Ellis and I saw this locomotive in Banff a few years ago. It was sitting on the siding at the Banff depot when we spotted it as we crossed over the tracks on our way out of town. I immediately turned around and we parked at the station and spent over half an hour taking pictures and looking at the entire train. We were too late to get a view of the cab as the train was scheduled to leave for Calgary but it was a special moment for both of us.
