One possible explanation for the problem I am having with the initial car placement for my passenger train is that the Yard is too small for the last car. I will try increasing this.
Nope. That didn't make any difference.
I still am unable to find the proper combination. The 2 industries are the Jasper Station and the Coaldale Station.
Each industry is both a consignee and a shipper for 5 different products (i.e. for 5 different AAR types - 5 different passenger cars). The Jasper Yard is the storage yard for all 5 cars.
Train 100 begins at 4:00 am leaving Jasper (travelling east) and arrives at Coaldale at 11:00 am where it converts to Train 101. Train 101 leaves Coaldale (travelling west) at ? and arrives at Jasper at ? pm where it converts to Train 100.
There are no errors reported but I still do not have a consist of 5 cars moving between the two industries.
