I am continuing to add records to the Rolling Stock database.
I have finished updating the Ship It! databases for all my Rolling Stock as well as for my Locomotives and Cabooses. It is a good feeling to have this completed. I still am not sure of the significance of specify the Home Yard for each car, nor I am sure I understand the difference between a Town and a Yard (in Ship It!).
The next step is to specify each Industry and the Products it produces. Once I have that I will be able to indicate the Shippers and Consignees and then I will be ready to try creating a hypothetical run.
I have produced a hand-written list of each Industry and the Products it produces.
I have also cleaned the track in the Jasper yard. This takes a bit longer than I anticipated as I spend an extra amount of time on each switch, since this is where most of the problems are likely to occur. I am making steady progress, but it is taking longer than I originally envisaged.
