I did spend an hour today reading from Lawrence Lessig's book "Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace". I have done some yellow highlighting of the text, but have not yet made any notes on the material.

Even though this page does not have any substantive information on the content, it does indicate that an hour was indeed spent on learning. This is different than those days where I totally fail to attend to the principle of an "hour a day".
