A. Morning Musings

7:20 am The rain and high winds are continuing. With the heavy clouds overhead it is quite dark and dull outside. We have cancelled our regular Sunday brunch and markets as the market at Byron will be closed and the roads are a bit iffy with the possibility of flash flooding throughout the area. A good day for some reading and writing. I will begin with some Mathematics. 7:35 am

Mathematics: continue making notes for "Dr. Riemann's Zeros".

7:35 am Begin making notes for chapter 4 of "Dr. Riemann's Zeros".

4:30 PM I quickly switched from "Dr. Riemann's Zeros" to the Larson textbook on "Calculus". This was my first return to this in two months! I reviewed my previous notes, and made some notes for section 1.3 "Evaluating Limits Analytically". I have spent about 6 hours on this today, both review and making notes for the next section. A good way to spend a day of wind and rain. 4:40 PM
