A. Morning Musings

6:10 am The coffee tastes good and it is just beginning to get light outside. It is overcast but the roads are dry. I believe a fair amount of rain is forecast for the day.

I bought an inexpensive watch at K-mart and have returned to the routine of knowing the time at any time of the day.

I checked the email and web - there was a nice email message. A good beginning to the day. The forecast is for heavy rain today. We noticed that the Richmond river was showing signs of turning brown again due to the heavy rain over the last week.

Now to try to get my head around today. 7:00 am

Chores: meet friends at Ballina airport

Technology: Learn about manual focus, changing the ISO setting, and backlighting for the digital camera.

Literature: Continue reading "A Reading Diary".

Mathematics: continue making notes for "Dr. Riemann's Zeros".

C. Actual

7:00 am Now to have a look at the Panasonic camera manual. I think I understand this a bit better now. 7:40 am

5:00 PM I have completed reading "A Reading Diary".

6:40 PM Our friends arrive by bus from Brisbane, their plane being diverted due to extreme weather conditions near Ballina at 1:00 PM. They have had a very long day!
