11:30 am Geocaching
Another good morning for a little local geocaching. This time I searched for 5 caches in north Lethbridge. At the end of the session I was 5/5.
- GC2XEYK - WHY NOT !!! CARL3
- GC31D86 - Flowing Water
- GC2XJJV - Former Farmland CARL3
- GC2XJRW - Brick House CARL3
- GC2XERY - Whisperin' Pines Carl3
This was my 19th "find" in Pavan Park. I also have 2 caches of my own in this park.
The walk up to the cache was very pleasant and my GPS unit had no difficulty locating the container.

the cache is in the bush

I then left Pavan Park and drove to the north-east corner of Lethbridge where the hint indicating the container was magnetic saved me the trouble of searching in some nearby deadfall.

GeeCee with magnetic container
This was a quick find as the description indicated that it was not a MIST (Micro In Spruce Tree).

Another quick find. A scan of the appropriate tree was rewarding.

This was my log for this find: "(Whisper, whisper) I'm a spruce. :-) TFTC."This was my last search of the morning.
