5:30 PM Birding

We drove to Pincher Creek today to meet some relatives and then headed to Waterton National Park. While at Cameron Lake we spotted 2 Steller's Jays. Then at Cameron Falls we saw an American Dipper. It has been 5 years since we last noted seeing the Dipper at Cameron Falls. I submitted an eBird report for the Dipper.

10:00 PM Literature

Chekov

I read a few more short stories from "Ward No. 6 and Other Stories" by Anton Chekov at various times during the day. Here are the titles: "Rothschild's Fiddle", "The Student", "The Darling", "A Doctor's Visit" and "Gooseberries".

I also received an email indicating that 4 Russian novels (2 by Dostoevsky and 2 by Solzhenitzyn) that I had ordered from amazon.ca have just been shipped. They should arrive on Friday.
