There is frost on the roof of the house across the street.
This was another relaxing session. I began by making a few summary notes about polynomials. Then I worked through the examples and exercises in Weiner on Adding and Subtracting Polynomial Fractions. This was familiar material and presented no difficulties. But I continue to make simple careless mistakes - annoying.
I switched back to my Pelikan M250 Traditional fountain pen and to the Rhodia pad of paper that I bought a couple of weeks ago. I like both the quality of the paper as well as the light lines.
Here my notes from a second morning session:
Call it silly, but I am finally beginning to have my notes look like they are in my mind's eye. I like the paper and the ink, and my handwriting is improving - it is much better when the paper is lined. Oh yes, and the math is getting better as well. But still too many careless errors.
