The Mountain Hydrology Research Group is housed in the Department of Geography at the University of Lethbridge.
We conduct field and modelling studies of cold regions hydrology and interactions with climate, vegetation cover and topography to provide resource managers with information needed for the conservation and sustainable use of water and forest resources. Research activities are collaborative in nature, involving faculty, undergraduate and graduate students, and external collaborators.

We are a group of researchers with a passion for the outdoors, and spend as much time as we can in the mountains. It's a tough job but somebody's got to do it!
