First off, one of my favorite pieces. This helmet was built on a whim, with me more or less rummaging through my scrap pile for pieces or roughly the right size. Cut to shape, rivetted together with what seemed at the time to be a million rivets, and I give you... the BUG-EYE:

And no, the helmet image is not squished. The helm itself is really that round! The cheekplates cup your chin and are held in place by a steel pin-and-hinge assembly, which means NO CHINSTRAP!
