An Example of a "Learning Process" Journal (using the 2 colored box format)

I now know how to save hardcopy files as a searchable pdf file.

1. Open the Canoscan Toolbox.

2. Select the File option and then check that the pdf settings are appropriate.

Simple, once you know how. I can not believe how easy this is, but that it took almost two weeks to get on top of it. I was lucky that Phyllis showed me the Canoscan Toolbox icon.

I had no difficulty scanning 10 reports today. Amazingly easy and efficient. This is definitely a new procedure that I may now say I have mastered.
