This cache is named after our dog "Bruce" who hates the cars but loves to walk. The cache is located in yet another SE hill coulée and can be accessed from several different paths. It is up to you how easy or hard you want the trek to be depending on your athletic ability. In the "ammo can" is numerous "dog" toys and essentials. PLANNING
This was a new experiment for me. I had downloaded a large number of caches in the Medicine Hat area to my GPS unit using a pocket query. I then headed out and as I approached a cache icon on my GPS I would enter the GC code into my iPhone to obtain a description and the coordinates. I was curious to see how well this would work.
OUTCOME
1:45 PM This was my 12th search. I left Lethbridge at 7:10 am. The logs for this cache indicated that it would be easier to approach this cache from below rather than from the top of the coulee. My GPS initially directed me to the top of the coulee but from there I could see a road that would put me near the cache site at the bottom. This then turned out to be an easy walk to the cache area.
