It's amazing how they can dissapear so quickly in the grass or brush. They can be harder to find than little green bison tubes in spruce trees. Happy Hunting

PLANNING
I set up a set of 5 searches in the Lethbridge area that would enable me to clear off some of the new geocaches in this area. The first two were in North Lethbridge and the next 2 were in rural Alberta, south-west of the city. The fifth search was in the town of Magrath. I then added one more search to my list. This was also in Magrath and resulted in a DNF when I tried to find it earlier this summer. Since it is within walking distance of the fifth search I thought I might give it another try.
OUTCOME
1:30 PM. This was my 6th, and last search of the day.
Here is my posting to the geocaching.com website:
Magrath was my last stop in a circle tour south of Lethbridge. I had a list of 5 caches to look for and then added this since I knew from previous experience that it was a relatively short walk from the Diamonds cache (find #5). I had spent almost an hour looking for this cache early this summer with no success. Today was a different story. About 10 minutes did the trick. Although I was away for the CARL2 event, I think this is the last of the CARL2 finds for me. Robin would be pleased with this cache. It gets my vote as the "neatest" cache of the event. SL. TFTC.
