It Is Located Right Next To A Very Busy 4-Way Stop. This Is A Micro, So Be Sure To Bring Your Own Writing Stick And Replace The Cache Exactly As Found. Beware Of The Traffic And High Presence Of Muggles While Searching For This Cache After Locating The Cache And Signing The Log, Take A Small Walking Tour Of The Historic Area If You Haven't Done So Before. Baker Street In Nelson Is A Very Busy Block, But It Is Also One Of The Prettiest And Most Historic Streets In BC. Many Of The Buildings Along Baker Street (And Throughout Nelson) Were Built At The Turn Of The Century. "In 1979, after 5 generations each imposed their own style on downtown's Baker Street, hiding the grand old buildings behind modern facades, local merchants and civic leaders developed a coordinated restoration plan and spent more than $3 million bringing the city's magnificent buildings back to life". PLANNING
This was a travel day as we drive from Kelowna to Nelson, BC. I identified 8 caches along our route. Then, depending on the time, I may add a few more while we are in Nelson. We are now in Nelson and I have made a list of 5 caches within walking distance of the motel.
OUTCOME
