Our first cache! *I had to play with the difficulty a little until some good folks found it and gave me feedback...seems that added hint and photo have helped and I've been down to redo the coordinates. Hint You should stay dry, even if its raining...unless the river runs high! Also, you shouldn't have to move mountains...look for the smaller redder rocks that are are fairly easy to move. Comments
PLANNING
This was our first full day in Kelowna. I made a list of 2 possible searches and then went out to see if I could find them. Since the first two searches were along Mission Creek, I returned to our unit and added an additional 3 caches at the other end of the parkway.
OUTCOME
This was my 3rd search of the day. Another pile of rocks, but the hint helped a lot. A quick find. Here is my posting to the geocaching.com website:
Log book damp and almost unusable. TNLNSL. TFTC. Here are two photos:
take cover under the bridge
container
I am now 3/3 for today. I didn't realize it at the time, but how could the contents be so wet when the container was under the bridge and protected from the rain?
