IDENTIFICATION
Difficulty 1.5; Terrain 1; size regular; Creator: Groundhog & Shadow Date First Hidden: 11/02/2006 Date Last Found: 9/15/2010 Description This is a medium size urban cache hidden by the Vernon Recreation Complex, located at 3310-37 Avenue. The cache contains a logbook, pencil and geocache info sheet as well as the usual swag. If you want to trade with sports related items that would be cool. I didn’t think of it when I placed the cache. After putting the cache back, please make sure that it can't be seen by passerbys and that you use the "S". Muggles haven't been a problem when I go at lunch time, but I'm not sure about other times. The Vernon Complex is home to the following facilities and organizations: Aquatic Centre & Fitness Gym; Auditorium; Curling Rink; Centennial Outdoor Rink; Dogwood Gym; Halina Senior Citizen’s Centre; Performing Arts Centre; Priest Valley Arena & Gym, and the Boys’ & Girls’ Club.

PLANNING
This was our second day in Vernon. We had some time for geocaching before we drove down to Kelowna so I set up a list of 5 possible caches.
OUTCOME
This was my third search of the day. I liked the hide. The container was nestled inside a net webbing which was suspended from a branch my a metal S hook.
