Please stay on the trails. Pyramid Mountain is 2766 m (9075 ft.) high. Appropriately named by James Hector in 1859 the mountain clearly resembles a large pyramid. The first ascent was by George Kinny, guided by Conrad Kain. In accordance with Jasper National Park guidelines no trading items or things that might attract wildlife are to be left in this cache. Please bring your own pen.

We will be spending 2 days in Jasper on our way to Kelowna. I have identified 6 caches in the near vicinity of the townsite and will see how many I can find.
OUTCOME
11:45 am This was my 3rd search of the day. This was the first of four caches along a trail on the east side of Cottonwood creek.
