Garbage and washroom facilities available in parking area. Cache can be driven to in the summer but must be walked to in the winter. The road is closed in the winter. When lit up by the sun Lac Beauvert or beautiful green lake in English, lives up to its name. Some times it can also be a beautiful blue. There is a great trail around the lake to be enjoyed by all. In accordance with Jasper National Park guidelines no trading items or things that attract wildlife are to be left in this cache. Please bring your own pen.
Hint To the right of the tall stump. Careful you might have to fight a squirrel for it. Comments
PLANNING
We will be spending 2 days in Jasper on our way to Kelowna. I have identified a few new caches in the near vicinity of the townsite and will see how many I can find.
OUTCOME
3:40 PM This was my 5th search of the day. This cache was on the shore of one of my favorite lakes in the park.
