PLANNING
The Crowsnest Pass is one of my favorites geocaching areas. I set up a plan to search for 10 caches near Highway 3, one of which was a puzzle cache that I solved a few weeks ago.
OUTCOME
11:00 am. This was my 6th search of the morning. I had solved this puzzle a couple of weeks earlier and finally had an opportunity to see if my decoding would result in a find. The decoding was a straight-forward substitution of the hexadecimal system to our alphabet, but it took awhile to complete. The message described where to go when one arrived at the coordinates.
