From Lethbridge College descend to Six Mile Creek. Although the bridge is washed out at present, there's an easy crossing just up-stream of where the bridge used to be. From there proceed up the east side to about the half-way point of the upper prairie level. This is an easy traverse. The container is a ceramic pig. In its belly is a 35mm film canister with a log. A pencil is also in the belly. Hint See where a meadow lark might live? Comments
PLANNING
I brought this website up to date earlier this morning and now wanted to go out and do a little new geocaching. I noticed two coulee caches near Lethbridge College and thought that would make for a nice couple of hours in the sunshine.
OUTCOME
This was my second search. This time I could see the bird house from a couple of hundred meters away, but I failed to realize the significance of it at the time. While searching the nearby bushes I noticed the saskatoons. I soon had a handful - they were delicious!
Here is my posting to the geocaching.com website:
This was a three gold stars search. (1) there was a new bridge across the creek, (2) I found the cache, and (3) for the first time in over 50 years I picked, and ate, some wild saskatoons! SL. TFTC. Here are a few photos:

Saskatoon berries!
I am now 2/2 for today. By the time I walked back to the truck I was soaking wet. But I felt great.
