IDENTIFICATION
GC28Y7D A hidden small lake in the coulees CARL2 N 49° 44.325 W 112° 50.542Difficulty 2; Terrain 3; size regular; Creator: Joci Date First Hidden: 5/21/2010 Date Last Found: 6/21/2010 LethbridgeDescription Once you got the first stage, I recomend, to go get the second one on the East side of the lake. Because it is an easyer and safer walk that way, than on the side of the hill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I put this one here because not mutch caches in this park yet and I like this park and though it is interesting to see this part of the coulees too. Because lots of people I know they do not know about this Alexander Wilderness Park. This one is a small lake in this valley, what I think it is interesting to have a lake here. So I thought it should be a multi-stage cache because this way you would walk around this small lake. At the first stage you are looking for an old, dead bush because there is something by it, that dose not belong there. So this thing got the coordinates for the second one. The second one is a regular sized LnL container filled with the usual swag !!! PLEASE PUT THE CONTAINERS BACK AS YOU FOUND THEM !!! Thanx in advance !!! Hint At the first stage the numbers marked on a broken cast iron piece. And at the second stage the bush is alive. Comments
PLANNING
Today was devoted to geocaching. I began with a small set of 3 caches in south Lethbridge. One of these was a high muggle recycling depot, the other two were fascinating little areas in south Lethbridge. I then returned home to plan my next activity.
A check of the geocaching.com web site indicated a new cache had appeared in west Lethbridge. I fired up the truck and made smoke as I pressed pedal to the metal and headed off to see if I could obtain an FTF (First To Find). Unfortunately it was a little green thing in a tree. I think it took me almost half an hour to spot the little fella. Fortunately it was an FTF. I am not sure how many of these I have but I am sure less than half a dozen. Anyway it is now one more than before. I now have 4 finds for the day - more than I was expecting when I woke up this morning.
I then made a new list of 2 caches in the river valley. The first of these had a Travel Bug and the second was simply neat. The total is now 6 for the day.
Pushing my luck I created a new list of 3 caches in Alexander Wilderness Park. Once again I was successful. The total is now 9 for today and 691 for my life.
OUTCOME
This was my 9th search of the day. This was the last of three in Alexander Wilderness Park. I had some trouble finding the stage 1 piece of rusty metal.
Here is my posting to the geocaching.com website:
First day of 30+ temps. Even more incredible, no rain! A great day for coulee clambering. Took a while for stage 1, stage 2 was fine - a lovely walk (on the level). After finding the cache I continued on, just to see what was on the other side of the rise. Took TB, left nothing, SL. Thanks for helping me explore this part of the park. Here are two photos:

I am now 9/9 for today. Another very enjoyable day.
