Difficulty 1; Terrain 2; size small; Creator: Joci Date First Hidden: 6/09/2010 Date Last Found: 7/04/2010
Lethbridge
Description It is a small container with pencil and a logbook and trading items in it. NONE of the stages on privat property but you might going to need stealth !!! Please put it back the same way you found it !!! Thanx in advance !!! So this is the real snake alley some of us know about. Not the one a block north of it what most of us think. So I thought I am going to introduce this one. I wanted to place both stages further a part, so you would have to see more of it. But dow to other caches I just could squeeze between them. So if you want to see more of it, go ahead and walk through it.
Hint First stage is a metal plate I punched the numbers in. The second one you are not going to need any hints.

PLANNING

Today was devoted to geocaching. I began with a small set of 3 caches in south Lethbridge. One of these was a high muggle recycling depot, the other two were fascinating little areas in south Lethbridge. I then returned home to plan my next activity.

A check of the geocaching.com web site indicated a new cache had appeared in west Lethbridge. I fired up the truck and made smoke as I pressed pedal to the metal and headed off to see if I could obtain an FTF (First To Find). Unfortunately it was a little green thing in a tree. I think it took me almost half an hour to spot the little fella. Fortunately it was an FTF. I am not sure how many of these I have but I am sure less than half a dozen. Anyway it is now one more than before. I now have 4 finds for the day - more than I was expecting when I woke up this morning.

I then made a new list of 2 caches in the river valley. The first of these had a Travel Bug and the second was simply neat. The total is now 6 for the day.

Pushing my luck I created a new list of 3 caches in Alexander Wilderness Park. Once again I was successful. The total is now 9 for today and 691 for my life.

OUTCOME

This was my 2nd search of the day. The first stage turned out to be relatively easy. The second took a little longer as I began by searching in the wrong area.

Here is my posting to the geocaching.com website:

Great alley. TNLNSL. TFTC.
