PLANNING
The sky was clear when I woke up and I set up a plan to search for 8 geocaches in southern Alberta. The overall plan was to form a loop beginning with highway 5 to Waterton and then back roads to Pincher Creek and then highway 3 back to Lethbridge, passing through Fort Macleod.
OUTCOME
This was the second cache on my list for toaday. My notes indicate that I found the cache 5 minutes after leaving the truck. It seemed like more than that as the brush was quite dense, although there was a trail of sorts that I followed. About 10 m before the cache the trail split into two parts, but the GPS data suggested I take the left fork. It was the right choice. Here is my posting to the geocaching.com website:
