C. Actual/Notes

12:05 PM Another glorius summer day. Not a cloud in the sky and no wind. We went for an early morning walk in the coulee this morning. It is about a 10 minute walk from our front door to the coulee and the round trip takes about an hour - more if one has a camera and is looking for birds. I finally got around to trying out the Olympus tele conversion lens which increases the zoom capability by a factor of 1.7. The results were stunning! Here are a few images:

American Kestrel
Chipping Sparrow

I completed repairing the mortar around the bricks near the garage door. That completes that project.

Before
After

3:50 PM I now have the plywood for the book boxes. And I have a Mac version of Filemaker Pro installed so I can now access my databases in OS X.
