A. Morning Musings

6:40 am We will be off for an early morning breckie at the Left Bank in Lismore, then will visit a woodworking exhibition in Alstonville. This will be a substitute for our regular Sunday get together as there is no market on the third Sunday of the month.

The main Learning goal for the day will be to make a few notes about the last half of "The President of Good & Evil". 7:00 am

3:50 PM I have just completed reading "The Tattooed Girl". A powerful, unpleasant book.

We had a close look at the levee and gates while in Lismore this morning. Breakfast at the Left Bank was superb. The woodworking show at Alstonville was excellent. The sea kayak from last year was there as well as a 17 ft canoe. I was tempted to buy a very nice 3 dolphin wall hanging but when I returned to have a second look at it, it was gone. C'est la vie.
